After graduating art school in London in 2011, I went back home to Singapore to work for over a decade in the commercial art world, before returning to complete my Masters in Print at the RCA.

My practice explores what lies at the heart of our human experience in contemporary life. The subtle nuances of everyday lived experience, the poetry of our environments and our primal desire for connection – all inspire me to create the work that I do.

Using an illustrative abstraction of space and still life, I create visual narratives that use metaphor to capture a moment of human familiarity.

In a world where we are becoming more distant to one another and to ourselves – I wish to make us more aware of our humanity.
