best practices for that thing that pays you
2025, Etching & Aquatint triptych, 72 x 50 cm
I’m drawn to the persistence of human resilience within the quiet violence of the modern workplace.
As organisations optimise for efficiency and control, the spiritual cost is often borne by the people within them – I see it in the burnout of those around me.
Yet even here, there are those who rise above it. Through their values, their choices, their way of being, they quietly outwit the system from within. That stays with me.
This work is an attempt to inspire and restore a sense of agency to those whose working lives can feel beyond their grasp.
